SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. For shipments within the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10. You will receive tracking number(s) via email when your order status changes. We utilize USPS for shipping, and while we cannot control shipping speeds once the packages are in transit, please note that due to COVID-19, there may be delays. USPS is currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
PICK UP
We offer pickup services at our residence in Blaine MN. To opt for pickup, simply select the "Pick Up- Blaine, MN" option at checkout. Once chosen, we'll contact you via email to share the pickup address. Our contactless pickup process involves placing your items in a secure parcel lockbox beside our front door. You'll receive a code to access the lockbox and retrieve your order. For added security, our outdoor premises are monitored by Eufy security cameras.
