In the event that a product is damaged during shipment, please provide photo proof of damages within 7 days of delivery, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if there are issues such as defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly assess the matter and take appropriate action. Following our review, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours, and we'll be happy to replace or refund your order as necessary. Refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods.
